  • If enrollment is processed after July 1, please note that we will contact you regarding the change in the payment arrangements.

  • Please indicate your choice of payment for Tuition, Security and Precare/Aftercare if applicable.

    5% Tuition discount for paying in full by cash/check by May 31, 2020 is not applicable to enrollment and security fees, additional fees, precare or aftercare, or if any other financial adjustments have been given on the account.  It is only applied to stated tuition amount.

    Monthly payments by cash/check or credit card (Mastercard and Visa) are July 1, 2020 - April 1, 2021.

    If paying by check, post dated checks are due in the office no later than June 1, 2020. 

    If paying by cash, a credit card must be kept on file and will be processed if cash payment is not received by the tuition due date.

  • I (we) agree to pay according to the selection indicated above.  If choosing a monthly payment option, I (we) understand that I (we) will make 10 payments beginning July 1, 2020 – April 1, 2021 and if sufficient funds are not available or if the account has been closed, my (our) account will be charged $25 for each transaction that could not be processed.

    If financial assistance is applied for, the amount granted is insufficient and the child(ren) do not attend the school, the
    non-refundable tuition deposit of $350 will be refunded, and this Tuition Payment Agreement will be voided.

    1.             (I/We) agree that (my/our) child(ren) will not be allowed to attend classes unless tuition is kept current.

             2.             (I/We) understand that (my/our) child(ren) will be unable to attend Maurice A. Halperin Torah Tots Early Childhood Center unless and until the state required good health and immunization certification is received from a physician.

    3.             (I/We) understand that (my/our) child(ren) are enrolled for the entire year.  The school cannot issue refunds or credits for illness, holidays or family vacations.

             4.             In the event that the school is closed due to or resulting from a weather emergency or other unforeseen circumstance, there will be no make-up days, refunds or credits for days that school is not in session.

    5.             In the event of early withdrawal, you are responsible for a pro-rated amount of the tuition, plus 30% of the annual tuition, not to exceed the total tuition amount for the year.  The enrollment fees are non-refundable

  • If you are enrolling after August 1,  your credit card will not be charged automatically  $525 per child at the time of submission.

    Please refer to follow up emails as to your payment schedule.

  • Payment of $525 per child (non-refundable)  is due at the time of enrollment.  

    If you have chosen to pay tuition by credit card, the card below will be used for tuition payments unless advised that another card is to be used.  Your credit card can be updated at at any time.

  • By submitting this form and checking the box below, I hereby enroll my child.  I understand that the $175 per child Enrollment Fee and $350 per child Tuition Deposit are non-refundable.  The Tuition Deposit is applied to tuition.
